Ministerial Staff

Elder Gary Kinney

Gary grew up with his mother, Juanita Ross.  She loved the Lord and passed on her love and devotion for Jesus at home and with Gary at church.  Gary was water baptized in his early twenties.  He learned about Christian service and accepted the Lord as Savior and attended a loving Bible Believing Church.  Gary learned about different religions and chose to be faithful to God and His Word as a primary focus of his life and future ministry.  In this way Gary developed an ecumenical approach to faith rather than a dogmatic approach, emphasizing established denominational religious doctrines.

Governed and guided by the Holy Spirit and the scriptures, Gary counseled many of his friends with the word to make sound and Biblical decisions for their lives.  Gary did this even before his Ordination.  After completing his Masters of Theology and Divinity at Palmer Theological Seminary, he was ordained by the Chaplaincy of the Full Gospel, an organization that ordains Military Chaplins and Civilian Pastors who are not seeking ordination in a denominational church.

Jean and Gary married on April 15, 2005 and have been involved in ministry to parents and families who grieve the loss of a child at birth. They are also working with adult handicapped adults each weekend that provides Christian Education, socialization, and recreation. The ministry provides an alternative to staying at home after graduating from High School.  He is also a Clinical Hospital Pastoral and Air Force Chaplin.  Gary enjoys physical fitness, public speaking, and serves with County Emergency Management and Health Departments as a First Responder.
